Today was the day! Well, night. Calypso still wasn't quite sure what day was, though she'd been told it and the sun both existed at one point. Having been born too late to see a normal period of daylight might have made her sad had the pup any capability to know what she was missing, though the blissfully ignorant Callie simply thought the world was brilliant. She sprinted out from the den, heart pounding hard with excitement. Her fire-like markings glowed vibrantly in the night to the beat of her heart, not unlike the glowing mushrooms that grew across the plains. With one large puppy pounce Calypso threw her forepaws onto a nearby mushroom cap, slicing it open with her elongated claws. "This is so cool!" She cried out to whomever might be close enough to engage in conversation. "I never want to go back to the den!!" |
While she is underage, Azure, Hanako and Sirius can crash her threads whenever they see fit regardless of tag.
Calypso has grizzly bear claws upon her forepaws, bone spurs on her shoulder blades, and saber-teeth. These may not be visible on her art.
Wherever color appears along Calypso's pelt, the fur there pulses and glows to the beat of her heart. The effect is noticeable, but not at all blinding.
