Kicking it into gear!

Aryn came along behind the healer to the summoning call, a warm blush of embarrassment on her cheeks for having made Jigsaw and her self late. The Valentine woman prided herself in being polite and respectful and arriving last to a meeting was not polite nor respectful, even if she felt she had good reason. The scene in the foggy forest had spooked the Valentine woman, who'd been searching for answers ever since the ghostly figure phased through both herself and Eligos. It hadn't hurt, but who was to say it didn't do something else? Maybe it had cursed her heart right in her chest, and days from now she'd drop dead without warning. The whole idea of it all was terrifying, and Aryn struggled to focus as she settled down and waited for the meeting to start.
