Her toes dug into the dirt as she steadied her body. Thankfully the wind was quiet today and kept her presence hidden from the water fowl. Determined, Celeste inched a bit closer to the group with barely a rustle of the grass that kept her hidden. As she readied her body, a sense that someone was watching her made her pause. Turning Aquamarine eyes toward the onlooker, she tilted her black and white speckled face at him. Did he too want to hunt the geese?

A smile tickled the corners of her lips as her head nodded softly in agreement. If they could time it right, they could easily take down one or even two of the birds that bathed in the shallow pond. Moving her attention back to the group in front of them, Celeste moved toward the edge of the pond where barely her toes and nose were seen sticking from the grass.

Pausing just a moment longer, she looked once more over to the large wolf with a firm nod. In the next moment, Celeste leaped from her hiding spot and aimed directly for the nearest goose.
