Clair de lune
The strange new lands Théa had entered had proven to be quite interesting so far. She’d seen earthen formations she’s never come across before and explored them thoroughly, her salmon nose sniffing out each nook and cranny until her curiosity had been sated. Her explorations had taken her to her newest interesting area: a little clearing, surrounded by sweet smelling maple trees and littered with budding berry bushes. Her mink, Bijou, was having a hayday winding her way through the various bushes, gathering berries and shoving them in her face. Occasionally, she brought some to her and Minou, her lynx, who happily accepted them to munch on.
After a while, the woman thought of a better idea. She squished some strawberries on a nearby rock, then added just a touch of water. Dabbing her paw in it, she began to draw shapes and markings on Minou with a bright grin, and her lynx drew some back. After a while, they were both covered head to toe in bright red markings that smelled quite powerfully of strawberry. ”We look quite wonderful, I think,” she commented, licking some of the red from her paw. Delicious.
