Bas glanced back towards his brother at the flat tone. He never did know how to take the emotionless responses of his sibling. He wanted to help Levi, help give him a boost up in lessons. He was proud of his siblings, and wanted to see them shine too. But it was hard, when he got so little back from Levi anytime he engaged with him.

With that single word response, Levi pushed himself forward, and Basilisk let out a soft bark, and followed after him. Levi started to climb the creature, his small height allowing him to do so. The larger pup didn’t even attempt to try. Instead, he flowed straight into the front legs of the cat, and aimed his teeth to latch onto its jaw as it flailed. If he could grab control of it, there was less chance it could turn and hurt his smaller sibling.
