shuriken v medusa

Nobody had acknowledged her really. Not even her own pack. Was she invisible or something? Did even strangers she didn't know not like her? She didn't understand what was going on with that, but she tried to push it from her mind when she heard she was paired up with someone. She didn't know who it was, but when she spotted someone separating from the crowd, she assumed that's who she would be sparring with. She frowned as she sized up her opponent. The other girl while pretty, was huge compared to her. For once, Medusa didn't seem her usual cheerful and jovial self. She wanted to come here to try and make friends, and though everyone else seemed to be chatty with each other, she had been completely ignored.

No matter...she supposed she should just got on with this so she could go back to her den. What was the point anymore? Shaking out her head, Medusa didn't wait for the stranger girl with the sticks on her head to move first. Medusa launched at the girl, saliva dribbling from her jaws as she snapped them open and aimed to go straight for Shuriken's lower chest while a forepaw struck forward in an effort to pin and hold down her toes.
