Shuriken had been fighting since she was a young girl, even before her birth her destiny had been laid out for her. The blood of warriors pulsed strongly through her veins and despite her clumsy nature she was passionate and naturally talented. It was much more than she could say for the woman she was fighting. Ike didn’t often judge, but with her age there should have been a lot more skill coming from the mottled woman. Ike took her by surprise with her wild talon slashing, but the other woman was quick enough her head butted into her lower jaw and Ike very nearly chomped her own whiskers.

Medusa knocked the sense out of Ike so she acted on instinct, repeating her last motion and slashing with sharp talons once again. This time higher in hopes of catching cheek or nose to pull the Habari woman’s head to the ground.
