After stumbling upon a new land she had never yet discovered, Rakshra cautiously explored. It wasn't all that cold, in fact she liked the temperture. She wasn't sure if others were around or not, she only picked up a few scents in the air that belonged to not those of small animal such as hares or beavers. Rakshra found a pond where the ice hadn't completely covered it. She bent down and sipped a bit from it. She loved the slush from the melted ice mixed in with the cold water. Suddenly, Rakshra picked up another scent in the air. It was close. Lifting her head back up and looking around cautiously, she spoke. "It wouldn't be wise if you are planning on sneaking up on me." The words slipped off her tongue eaisly. |
