The woman who’d become her savior had a flirtatious tint to her voice that made Thea’s tail swish in pleasant anticipation. She loved those who were as quick witted and flirtatious as she was, it made interactions so much more entertaining and she felt she always got to know the other wolf better. Whether it was because they were also open to a quick bed or not most of the time didn’t need to be looked into too closely.
The woman addressed herself as a pirate king and this had the palm tree dashed lady’s brows rising. A pirate king, huh? How exciting! She’d never come across a pirate before, but there was certainly a first time for everything. Maybe she’d get to walk her plank, or take part in a plunder or whatever it was that pirates did. Then, said pirate rounded to face her head on and her jaw opened ever so slightly in amazement. Wow, she was beautiful. She looked like sweet cinnamon sprinkled with fine powdered sugar and all at once Thea wanted to stick her tongue out and lick her up. Her savior was much larger than her, which wasn’t a hard feat in and of itself. The Dubois woman had always been quite small in stature, though the rounded figure of her hips and plump stomach kept her from being described as ‘petite’. As such, the slight portly figure of the woman bothered her not one bit.
”She does,” she replied, practically purring. “My name eez Thea Dubois and I’m most pleased to be saved by such a magnifique King.”
