Levi let out a grumpy huff as he stomped along, thudding his paws down as hard as he could like the beating of a tiny drum. Now that Mother was out and about more often she really was starting to get on his nerves, fussed and cooed like he was a baby, someone to be cradled against her chest like he was unable to function on his own. He didn't have a habit of comparing himself to his siblings, the thought never crossed his mind, but he bet no one treated Basilisk this way, or even Calypso. Harrumph! Wanting to get his foul mood out of his system, Levi made his way to a wide open straight along the edge of the Plains. It was already riddled with paw tracks, back and forths carved by pups who had way too much energy to spend for their own good.
He'd already stretched his legs plenty since leaving the den, but he knew a little more wouldn't do him any harm. If anything the more practice he got the better, he'd be outrunning everyone in no time at all. Or so he liked to think!
Tipping his head back, Levi let out a call demanding one of his siblings show their faces. By now he doubted they'd be surprised, he only ever called out for company when he wanted something and yet more often then not they came all the same.
