Ashen Empire Tournament Round 1 - Gossamer vs Medusa Race

Soo her opponent arrived. A scrawny, odd-smelling woman that spoke in a strange manner. She had actually glanced behind Medusa at first, thinking the wolf before her was some sort of odd herald for the 'medusa' wolf before she realized the woman was speaking in third person. Odd. Oh well, it made no nevermind to her in the long run. She was here to race. Gossamer nodded in greeting and lined up at the starting right. "Ok, let's do this."

The start signal was given and Gossamer sprang forward, her claws tearing up earth and grass as she bolted through the nook. She had a general idea of the finish line and she worked to weave between the trees as she ran.
