He wouldn't kill a creature unnecessarily, even if it had been the one to instigate an attack. Astrophel then turned to face the other wolf, spotting the last hyena also running off into the distance, leaving just the two of them and the body of one of the scavengers. "You seem to have some bad luck with creatures trying to eat the meat on your cart," he said with a tight-lipped smile. This was the second time it had happened, and was one hell of a coincidence.
