The call for an opponent brought him out of his reverie, and he took only a few moments to settle his thoughts before lumbering over. He was always eager for a spar, day or night, rain or shine. It was something that really let him just be himself without needing to put on any sort of show. In a way it was freeing. And the best part was it got his blood pumping with some excitement. Raylan huffed loudly to clear his nose of the dust that was swirling around him as he walked, just a tad annoyed by the little dust devils, but at the sight of the other wolf a great grin appeared on his maw. The wolf was much smaller than him, but then again quite a few wolves were, and the most interesting thing was that their coat colours were somewhat similar, from the darker base to the spattering of red on their legs and heads. Well, well, wasn't this a fateful day. He stopped a fair distance away, cocking his head at the other wolf as he took them in. "Got any rules you'd like me to adhere to in this spar?" Sometimes it was fun to just go all out, no rules to hold them back other than the obvious no killing your opponent, but he'd acquiesce to a few rules if the other wolf was so inclined. |
