Work Up an Appetite

It was true that Kione was smaller but he was also devilishly fast.  Kione lacked all the extra fuzz that wolves had which certainly made it more obvious where the skin of his neck was, it also afforded less protection when bit.  He felt the wolf’s teeth tap against his neck but Kione dove low so that it was nothing more than a gentle pinch.  Since he had dove down low Kione attempted to bite at the wolf’s leg.  His bite, if it touched was nothing more than a fast nip that one might use when playing with kids.  Kione loved fighting but against comrades, he could prove great control on how deep he wanted to bite.

Kione’s two mastiffs were attempting to get around to either side of Imperia to limit how far she could swing out without lining up with either one of them however they hadn’t tried engaging themselves.
