Attending the festival is just what he needed. Enjoying the sounds and bright colors of the festivities surrounding him, Kuroo beamed with happiness. Letting his tongue loll out the side of his mouth as he pulled his ever annoyed brother along with him, something caught his eye. Turning to see the green and white gate with a baying coydog off to the side attesting to a challenge of catching a wooden duck, he couldn't help himself. Bounding over without a second thought, the painted boy eagerly asked for a chance to try. After waiting patiently for his turn, Kuroo made his way through the gate to peer into the kiddie pool before him. Bobbing on the shallow surface, he took a moment to decide which one would be the perfect duck. There, off to the side, one duck in particular (though they all appeared the same) drifted away from the others. What a perfect chance! Lurching his head forward with mouth open, he dunked his head into the chilly water with mouth closing in on his prize. Pulling back out with a gasp of air and water drizzling down the sides of his face, he smiled around his catch. Quickly taking it back over to the baying coydog, he waited to see what his prize would be. |
NPC:
The hound-like coydog dances in excitement at your win, his long tongue lolling out. ”Let’s see what you won!” he yelps, flipping over the duck.
He hands you a cool looking mask.
Festival Masks: Tiger Mask - a festival mask in the shape of a fierce golden tiger. Looking at it fills you with courage. Can be used to provide a temporary offensive battle accessory for a character who doesn't have one. Breaks after one use.
