Duck Pond

Mitros' short life had been jam packed full of adventure so far, and with a carnival in town it was only going to get that much better. He peeled off from his multitude of siblings and went off in search of fun and games, finding himself coming up along a booth with a coydog excitedly gesturing him forward to play. His bright tail wagged happily as he bounded forward toward the pond and the ducks, eyes alight with wonder and curiousity. He was only allowed to choose one?? The choice was hard, and more than once he'd nearly grabbed a duck, but changed his mind at the last second and veered toward a different one. Finally his teeth found purchase in the wood of one that felt 'right', and he held it up excitedly to the attendant to see what she'd say about it.
