Ever since the two wolves picked him up and took him back to their home on the island, he did everything he could to earn his keep and show his appreciation for their kindness. Though he wasn't quite expecting to be taken to a carnival of all things, he would by lying if he'd said that he wasn't excited. He'd never seen something before and after further explanation was eager to play a game. Although all of it came crashing to a halt when they arrived and he caught sight of the crowd. Swallowing the lump that had formed in his throat, he followed the partners around until they paused near a game that held his interest.
Tossing rings at bottles seemed silly, but as he saw others winning prizes he became curious himself and wondered if he too could win something. After looking for approval from his masters, he hesitantly grabbed a ring and tossed it into the playing field.
