Outlaw the eternal roamer had found his way to the festival. The dog wore a cowboy hat and currently had a seagull sitting atop of it. He waited in line patiently, a friendly hello to whoever was in front and whoever was behind him. Gosh, this looked fun. Curiously Outlaw watched how different wolves decided how to throw the dart. When it was Outlaw’s turn he chose to hop up so that he was standing on just two paws, picking up the dart between his two paws. Facing sideways so his shoulder faced the balloons the dog carefully took aim before using both his paws to throw the dart towards a balloon towards the edge of the bunch. It was riskier throwing for a balloon on the edge since missing meant no chance of accidentally hitting a balloon to that side of him so probably it had the neater prize in it, right? Outlaw didn’t mind if he won something or not, this was all for good fun so why not take a risk? Speech:"Life is but a game " Think

The cowdog claps his paws together happily. ”Oooo so exciting! Come on over here, gorgeous, and we’ll see what you’ve won!” He plucks the little paper from where the balloon once was, reading the text there.
