Duck Pond

Much like his mother, Stolas was reserved and borderline shy. Rava avoided crowds at all costs, but knew the experience would be good for their family as well as exposure for the pups. They were growing up faster than she ever would have thought. So however intimidating a carnival sounded Rava adorned her cloak and their strange little family went out into the world. She felt a little safer under the cloak, but Plague’s presence was what really allowed her to step foot outside of Ashen. Seeing her children’s faces made it all worth it.

The family approached the game booths and Rava followed after her son Stolas, similarly looking around before she picked her own duck, grinning at the boy’s prize as she did.
