Rōta had been sticking mostly to the wall since their arrival, but when she caught a sniff of a carnival, there was no way to contain her. It was a chance to see what the rest of the wolves that lived here looked like, and maybe she’d find someone to have some fun with if there was anyone unattached.
She walked past the flamboyant one, and the floppy eared one too, drawn to the scars this one was littered with. She gave half a smile to the attendant, amusement in her eyes and the common tongue awkward in her mouth, “Are you the grand prize? If so, maybe it is worth a shot.” She picked up the ring and let it fly, waiting to see where it landed.
