The man had long decided his initial errand was pointless. Even if he could have convinced Sedna to return home, he couldn’t see a way to make the journey back. The currents had lugged them here, and it wouldn’t work in the opposite direction. To try and get back was to surely drown.
So like a wraith, he had vanished in the night. Sure, he was sure the former leaders daughter was heartbroken, probably pining for him, but that left him free to look after his own interests… like strolling between the carnival booths, taking stock of the various representatives from the many packs he had been avoiding and the other loners like him. Maybe it was time to make an alliance of some kind? A you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours arrangement?
But for now, the festivities!
He stepped up to the vendor and collected his hoop with a smirk, taking aim as best he could and letting the quoit fly towards the rods jutting out of the ground. Maybe he would manage to catch one.

She hands you a brightly colored little booklet of papers that look like coupons for pups to give to their parents.
Coupon Pack: for pups and parents, these fun little coupon books are for pups to “buy” things from their parents. The coupons claim they are good for one free lesson, a pet, free hugs, and one free get-out-of-punishment coupon! Contains a pass for one double skill point lesson thread between parent and pup (parent does not need to have the skill to give the lesson) and a 50% discount off any companion pass for a pup under 1 year.
