puppy spars! (v saia)

Saia barely reacted as her attack hit, and Venom didn’t know if she was just incredibly focused or generally unresponsive. The little fight went on, Venom’s paw brushed at the girl and dislodged her but she ducked under and emerged beneath Venom’s belly. She didn’t react right away, curious about what the puppy was about to do as she tumbled and went for another of the Empress’s legs. Venom withheld a giggle as the ferocious puppy pushed against her leg with all of her might. Of course she didn’t get very far, but Venom stepped back so the pup might feel like she did something. It would also probably dislodge the puppy and cause her to lose her balance.
