Desperate To Breathe
Noir

She looked up to him as he greeted her but beyond recognition there wasn’t much life in her stare. Noir tilted his dark features slightly as their eyes met. Duchess showed off a glazed look, she seemed much less of the wolf she had been when he last saw her at the springs. While part of him wondered what could have happened to her the other was swiftly making plans on how to turn her weakness to his advantage. He didn’t want to think that he knew her very well, but this was by far the most listless she had been. Did someone drug her?
Duchess looked away from him as she invited him closer. He raised an uncertain brow but didn’t say anything as he closed the distance between them. He wanted to forget about what he just learned, Duchess was always an easy indulgence even when she wasn’t throwing herself at him.
Noir curled up behind her, tracing one paw over her side and under her arm to hold her against his chest as he placed slow soft kissed up her neck and towards her mottled ears. There wasn’t much to say between them, his thoughts didn’t matter nor did hers when it was so much sweeter indulging in the physical.
