Sentinels and Kings and... Koi? [Tenshi!]

She knew this dance well. From the way the taller brother held his stance and peered at her with those eyes of his, she knew this wasn't his first time. Their bodies felt as if they were in slow motion. As if they were water moving smoothly over river rocks. One step here, a shift of weight there. It came as no surprise to her that the slightly slimmer opponent could easily leap out of harm's way with only a few hairs grasped between her now clamped jaws. With the absence of his body unable to stabilize her weight, Tenshi's paws recalculated their stance as she caught herself from tripping. Adjusting her muscular form to shift back away, she scooted herself a few feet back as he came back in toward her.

With her own chin slightly tucked and glancing back toward the male who now swung around to face her, she was more than impressed. His movements were quick for her tanky disposition and she nearly caught his advancement at its fullest. Her toes grasped the ground as she propelled herself a few steps away, the brunt of his shoulder glancing against her thigh. Using the momentum, her own shoulders twisted around as her haunches began to move away from his aiming mouth. A light seer of pain caught along her spine, but it would be no match for the thickened skin that lay hidden beneath her wintry pelt.

Tenshi knew he wasn't stupid as her own gaze saw him watching her and her every move. Yet, she would have to take any chance she could get. With her body still in motion, moving away from the shove he'd given her to her hip, she twisted back toward him to close the gap. Her mouth opened once more to flash him her set of sharp teeth. It would be a bold move, but she would take her chances. Aiming for his muzzle, she let her teeth gnash and snap together a few times in hope that she would land a firm but gentle nip to his muzzle area. All the while, her paws took care to swing her haunces continuously away from him so that they were once more face to face.
