She had fallen into a puddle? Hattori blinked, unsure if she was being literal or figurative, as either option was just as nonsensical as the last. She pressed on, mentioning she'd had a run in with one of his lot, presumably a koi-wolf then. He knew a few of his kin had made their way over to Boreas, but it wasn't as if he was going out of his way to keep track of each and every one of them. Whoever they were, she was evidently going to have their children and that was no one's business but Sedna's. Except- Someone who looked like Hanako, white with a splotchy pelt then. But tall, with a docked tail and sabres.
Hattori stared.
"Raijin." Hattori told her flatly, his ears swerving back. He knew that man all too well. "He's my cousin." Unfortunately. And what of his bones? It took him a moment to recall they'd been giving him some trouble long ago, aches and pains he just couldn't shift. He shrugged. "They are fine."
