The earthen-hued wolf had crossed over to the dam area in search something fun to chase. Athena is content to patrol the island and keep Chimera and his family safe just as the King had told her to do. She leaves the dam to be patrolled by more experienced wolves but that doesn’t stop her from crossing over to catch animals for food. With her nose low to the ground, Athena hears the call for assistance.

She moves quickly through the trees and soon finds Cerberus squaring off with a tiger. With a smile she charges the big cat as Cerberus knocks it off balance. The cat’s back is facing her and Athena nimbly leaps on top of the tiger’s back, sinking her teeth deep into its right shoulder. It yowls in pain but she wraps her legs around the cat’s neck and holds on the ride.
