Eligos moved along the trail through the fog-enshrouded forest. While he didn't appear immediately alert, his senses were trained on the forest around him. He hadn't had the best encounters in this Fallen One damned place, and he didn't need to be ambushed by some ghost again. Of course, it wasn't a ghost at all, but his paranoia was nonetheless vindicated rather shortly. He paused at the faint sound of movement among the branches that did not quite match the wind, and then without warning sprang to the side.
