Into the Oceans We Ride [RAID]

A shadow over her head gave the other kite away, but her own was just as protective and alert, moving in to intercept before it could get too tangled in her antlers. That didn’t mean the distraction didn’t work though.

A flash of red in the corner of her eye drew her attention back to the battle at hand. As the strangers chest collected with her own, her head dropped reflexively, swinging her new antlers to the right and down towards the left side of her opponents face, as he aimed for her neck. Those bites hurt! and she growled her protests and lifted a clawed paw to try and shove his shoulder to put a bit of distance between them.

She felt really bad about getting physical, after all, she had never been in a fight before and they hadn’t even said hello! Maybe once all this was over with she would come back and offer her apologies, no hard feelings and all that. For now though, well, she had to make herself useful and try to get home in one piece.
