He watched her for a time, trying to figure out what in the hell she was doing. She shut off the one end of the chute, which he could understand. When she started working with vines, however, he couldn't help but arch a brow in question. Was she going to set a snare at the end of the chute?

Reila questioned him about lassoing and the man huffed lightly. "I've never had a need," he admitted. His strength and size was enough to bring down prey, but he could see why such a thing might be beneficial to one so small. "Show me how it's done," he spoke, waiting for her to either explain or give him a demonstration.
