The pair moved and soon located their quarry. She did indeed intend to hunt equines and Chimera could see their long legs shifting through the trees. The light illuminating them from behind making them more shadow than beast. The giant man stood beside his dainty counterpart for a moment before she split from him to take the opposite side. He waited, taking the opportunity to roll his well muscled shoulders and neck, preparing himself for the chase to come.

Only when Reila began the chase did Chimera show himself and begin running as well. Their prey whinnied and began to flee and the pair were right on their heels. Jaws snapped and snarls flew, encouraging their future meal to run right towards the awaiting trap. Oddly enough, the prospect of killing was lightening Chimera's mood. Sometimes you just needed to sink your teeth into something.
