He wouldn't say he was entirely surprised that he and his brother had bested the Armada girl. Two against one was a difficult task. The boy still relished in their victory with a beaming smile back in his brother's direction. High off of adrenaline and the excitement all around them, his own eyes followed the call sent in their direction. Even among the snarls of the other fights, the shadowed man stood out in a firm stance. Lowering his grin to a slight smirk, he nodded toward Macabre before following suit. Ghoul wouldn't need to reassure that he would also partake in the spar since whenever Mac needed or wanted him, he would be there.

Holding back as Macabre rushed forward to dart around their opponent's right side, aiming for the hind leg, Ghoul watched. Carefully, he assessed. While the man was larger, he was also slimmer as well. Burlier and bigger than Mac himself, Ghoul picked up his pace. Lowering his face covered in his skull mask, he charged head-on toward him. Hoping that Macabre's attack was distracting enough, Ghoul leaned slightly to the left and pushed his shoulder forward. Aiming to shove his shoulder against the man's, he gritted his teeth and let his ears fold back in anticipation.
