My, What Big Teeth You Have...

It seemed like Kichi wasn’t having to work to find predators lately, just head away from the pack land and await a call for help.  Well, not that it had happened often but he recognized the wolf’s bark.  A female, bit older than him, who seemed excellent at finding dangerous animals to agitate.  Perfect.

Kichi ran in, slowing with some hesitation on spotting the alligator.  Shaking off hesitation the wolf ran towards it anyway.  He threw himself at the alligator, hoping for Tove to keep its attention as he came in range and bit the alligator right near the eye, rushing away as teeth and leathery flesh swung all over the place.  Kichi got struck by thrashing head, then tail before he leaped out of the way.  Teeth hadn’t actually hit him, just powerful hits of the animal that would leave Kichi bruised later.  Still, the alligator only had one eye to fight with now.

It hadn’t been the safest place to bite an alligator but where the hell else could you bite one?  He’d feel it later, right now there was a fun fight to go after.
