Kichi

As the cat went down Kichi bit along the back spine for good measure. It might not have even been necessary at that point with Merrick also destroying it upfront. Still, Kichi scraped with his paws at the back even as his mouth dug in, eventually being rewarded for going through skin and muscle and finding bone. Kichi would have tried to bite into it but the cat wasn’t fighting back. A second later Kichi had to realize it wasn’t even moving
Stupid cat. It died overly fast.
Kichi nodded to Merrick, “Thanks.” Kichi enjoyed killing, had enjoyed killing ever since the day he’d felt dead inside. The killing was even better now that there was a maddening rage that dwelt within Kichi. It hibernated more lately content to wait for a fight but the moment a fight started he remembered how he wanted to kill. He wanted to rend flesh, chew through muscle, feel his enemies blood coating him, and not stop until the last beat of their heart was done.
Except hers. If she was still alive he’d hurt her and hurt her and in the end let her die slowly, let her suffer every single moment of pain waiting for death. She was already dead though. So he killed other things in her place. “You too.”
