Ara didn’t often venture far from the pack, but with the late autumn and the approach of winter, she found a desire to get out and about. She wanted to stretch her legs and do a little exploring, before winter forced the choice from her and kept her closer to home.
She skirted cautiously between the packs as she made her way towards the beach. It was a long journey, and she paused here and there to admire the sights. Making her way slowly past the falls, until she found the swampy, sandy territories by the beach. She made her way along the delta, with sand in her paws.
As she hopped from one sandbank island to another, she caught sight of a dark toned wolf playing with something on the sand. She sniffed the air, but only caught the scent of salt and gritty sand. Hmm.
She hopped to another island, bringing herself closer to the dark tones wolf. “Hello, hello” she said in greeting, her curious eyes on his bucket.
