She wasn't sure what it was, but whatever had made Proserpina fall ill, had also caught her, too. She'd been sick for the better part of the last season or two, and her strength had finally returned and the moment she was better, she left her den and immediately went searching for her kids. She longed to spend time with them and teach them things her illness had kept her from doing, but hopefully, their father had been taking care of them while she was out. She wasn't sure, honestly. One of the first things she noticed as she walked around the territory, was that Eli's scent was stale, though still somewhat present. He was still around, just not really? She was confused about it, but he wasn't her priority right now. Her priority was finding her kids and checking up on each of them. To spend time with them and let them know she still loved them and how sorry she was for not being there for the first few months of their young lives. She felt bad. But what could she do while she was nearly on deaths door with her illness? Maybe her age had something to do with taking so long to get better, but...she was here and present now. And she wanted to make sure they knew she'd do everything in her power to be there for them until her last breath.

Seeking out Tien's scent first, she followed it until the trail grew stronger. Uttering a soft call, she beckoned Tien to come out from wherever she was.
