Relm nearly squinted as Merrick burst into his own rant, but she stood her ground. Relm was usually very anxious and maybe a little worried about what others thought of her but she was tough and she wouldn’t have cowered and gave Merrick the pleasure of watching her submit to him. Not like this at least.
His closeness while aggressive and larger than her did not threaten her. And maybe that spoke in volumes from her core. She may have been acting like a whiny bitch but at least she was willing to stand up to it.
"You drug me out to the falls all alone making me think you were going fuck me, ignored my advances making me feel like shit and did not give a fuck afterwards." and she still stood her ground, in Merrick’s face. It seemed she didn’t give a fuck either. "I wouldn’t expect you to know me much at all."
