Along The Lines

He continued to follow Reila about, unloading baskets of grapes here and there as necessary. They were bringing in a pretty good haul. Already he was wondering where she might crush all of these grapes and had a bit of an idea. In one of the empty buildings was a strange, oval shaped vessel. It was white in color and one edge of the giant, rounded dish had a drain-like hole. If they stopped up that drain and put a little strainer in there, they could drain off the juice with ease.

As Reila stood up to grab a bunch of grapes, she extended one paw down to him, a grape impaled upon one pale claw. He didn't hesitate and took the grape from the woman, his tongue dragging over her pads as he did so. The fruit was sweet and juicy. Though he didn't like wine, he imagined that grapes like these might produce a very good tasting drink.
