Along The Lines

The rain outside turned into a downpour as the two slid into the tent. Chimera came to her as she asked but in his own way which was completely fine. She didn't really have any expectations. She was completely fluid to his touch as he laid behind her and pulled her in. This wasn't new to her, but she felt like it was. Chimera made her feel that way, it wasn't like the masters or the buyers.

She felt like she fit right here with him. She barely even moved to make herself comfortable, only a little as he closed the opening of the tent. Her eyes adjusted what they could to the darkness around them, but she didn't need to see. She could feel all of Chimera around her. Her paw reached up from behind his elbow and curled around his front leg while her head and the rest of her relaxed back into him. It was too early to go to sleep, but she was happy resting just like this with him.
