Along The Lines

The pair settled easily together, laying and listening to the rain in the dark of the tent. Reila curled her foreleg over his and Chimera liked the slightly possessive act. The giant man lowered his muzzle to the back of the small fae's head, snuffling in the fur behind her ears, absorbing the scent of her. Eventually Chimera's mouth parted and his tongue pulled over one pale ear. Lifting his head, the two-toned brute nibbled down the side of Reila's fawn and grey neck. There was no denying the attraction between him and all the hours spent together, denying and holding himself back was taking its toll.
