Named for the Mountains
Grim (and maybe Malachai)

The wedding reception proceeded through the afternoon and into the evening with revelry and merriment shared by all. As more and more guests showed up to the Hallows to celebrate the union of the reigning couple, Artorias made sure to personally greet each and every wolf that graced their home with their presence. He made sure to pay special attention to his family; they were still and always would be the most important thing in the world to the young alpha. Among those was his adoptive brother. The Aegis had spotted Grimshaw in attendance during the ceremony with another man practically hanging off his arm while leering daggers at him, and assumed this must have been the Malachai he'd heard about from his lovestruck brother. The death glare told him all he needed to know about what the other wolf knew of him, but he paid it no mind. Grim's boyfriend was clearly the jealous type, and he would do nothing to exacerbate that or give the man any more ammunition to justify his disdain for the Carpathian.
Artorias made his way around the room, exchanging pleasantries and making small talk amongst receiving well wishes and congratulations, all on a subtle path towards the pair of brutes. Eventually he came to them, greeting Grimshaw with a wide smile and warm eyes. "Grim, I'm so glad you could come!" he said as he leaned in with an open arm, moving to give his brother a platonic embrace as he welcomed him home again. He drew back to glance the other dire over, noting the shifts and changes to his fur and color with a touch of surprise. "Well, that's new! You're looking well though! And doing well too, from what I hear from Sirius. Congratulations, Howler!" Seer had told him about his brother's promotion during conversation of the Armada's changes. Artorias couldn't be more proud of Grim. He had really come into his own, grown into his own person. The changes had all been for the better as well, at least from what he could tell. Gold-flecked amber eyes drifted over to the other man that had spent the wedding ceremony clinging to his brother, regarding the stranger with a small upward turn of his lips into a smile. "You must be Malachai. Grim's told me all about you. It's a pleasure to finally meet the wolf who makes my brother so emotional he's left crying in the gardens." Art shot Grim a teasing smirk; just a bit of good-natured ribbing between siblings.
The Aegis had come to the Armadan warrior with a purpose beyond simple chitchat, however. "Grim, could I talk to you for a moment out in the gardens? There's something I want to discuss with you," he asked, pausing for a beat as he glanced to Malachai once more and added, "It's a personal matter, though if your boyfriend would like to take a walk with us, he's welcome to." He didn't say it aloud, but Artorias presumed that someone of the jealous type like Malachai seemed to be wouldn't be too keen with the idea of a private conversation.
