Gossamer grinned at her mother and nodded, indicating she was ready. It just seemed polite to let her mother go first and she prepared herself. Zee was fast so she'd need to keep on her toes. It was unlikely she'd be able to dance away from an attack so she opted to let Zee come to her. Her mother charged and Gossamer tensed. As Zee's fangs launched out toward her shoulder Gossamer's head snapped down seeking to grab Zee's right horn in her jaws so she could swing her head and toss the woman. She felt fangs clip the side of her arm but she withstood the blow and hoped her snagging hold of her mother's head would interrupt any additional attacks.
