You Better Fight Fair

Scylla had wanted to trip her and she does, but Fern decides to fall in a more, controlled way. Or, so she thought. Her gray body fails to squish the smaller body under her and, by the time she has regained her footing, the slate and cream girl is gone. Eyes scan the field, finding others locked in combat but not finding her opponent. A frown tugs at her lips until she spies her two teammates attacking the red wolf. There! On top of the Chade! The small wolf has climbed atop the blue boy as if he is something to be ridden and is biting at the back of his neck. A crazy plan forms in Fern’s mind as she judges the distance and height of the blue wolf.

Pale paws kick off the ground, gaining as much speed as she can in the short distance. When she is close enough, Fern crouches low only to spring up toward Scylla, mantling the blue wolf’s back to climb atop the mountain of a wolf. Grinning, the gray girl sways with the boy’s movements, to keep her balance before lunging at Scylla. Teeth aim to close around her long tail and give it a good yank before Fern would release, swiftly moving to change ground and leap atop the red boy. Turning to face her opponent once more, she grins happily. Oh yeah, this is fun!
