As Much as I Hate Your Love Does Not Break

What her son said almost frightened the dame. Keki wondered where she went wrong. She wondered where her son was, where the true Kairos was....but this was him, this was her son.He said she was right all along, even spoke of the things she had thought would happen that had. He had gone insane....she didn't believe what had happened to him. This wasn't the same Kairos that used to play with his brothers in a small mud puddle. Not the same Kairos that used to snuggle up close to her. Not the same wolf who she had birthed, she even remembered that. He along with his siblings, so tiny, so precious. But now here was one of her sons standing before her. Where had the time gone, what had happened to them all?
"You speak of lies..." she said calmly as she looked at him.
"Your brothers probably went on their own path, like you have and are."
It was moments until he finally finished ranting and pinned her down on the ground.
Was he going to kill her? Was her son going to kill her?!?! She couldn't fight back though. Couldn't lay a scratch on her precious child.
"What I see when I look at you at first is the one who had hurt me on that night that you very well know of. But then after a moment all I see is my son whom I love. Kairos...you know I can't and won't fight back. I will not lay a scratch on you, because you are my child. Still precious to me you are, because I still love you. If the only option is to kill me...just because it may bring you happiness then so be it..." she said.
"I hauled ass for you and your brothers...do you think I wanted to have pups then? I wasn't ready, I didn't plan on it. I tried my best to raise you all and give you all the love you deserved. I gave you the love I had because your father wasn't around to give it to you. he wouldn't have given you any anyways. I'm the only one Kairos...your mother, if you wish for me to go then just do it." she said as her bi-colored eyes gazed into his.
If she were to die on this day she knew how much she would miss her adoptive mother and all of the other Snow Rogues. She would wish good onto all of her sons, even if it would be one that would take her life, the one responsible. On him would she wish extra luck because ti would be he who would have to bear the burden of having her life slip away because of him.
"If you're going to do it...then let me just have my last words. I love you Kairos...you and your brothers, don't you ever forget that." she said as she looked up at her son.
