It'd be impolite to actually laugh. The small wolf slipped into the water, more or less falling. Edelweiss watched with some subtle shock as he blurted out words, scaring the rest of the fish. She managed to corner one close by, slapping it out of the depths and killing it. She licked fish blood off her pale muzzle, wondering if she should offer to help the man.

Just because he was small, did not mean he wasn't incapable. She resisted, respecting his pride in this. Edelweiss glanced at the cat and back, picking her two fish from the earth and walking over to them. "Here" even though their fish hadn't escaped "we can eat together, if you like?" The man needed a win right now, so she may as well be social.

She smiled thinly, but politely. "My name is Edelweiss."
