He was lost. He hadn't really been to Auster before, and unfortunately for him, he had to skirt two packs as he made his way to nowhere and ended up here. He had taken a path he thought went through the woods, but it seemed that somewhere along the way, the path had disappeared and he had somehow ended up all turned around. His companions were with him, but the woods were too thick for his owl companion to be of much help on top of the fact the bird was young and afraid to fly off on his own for fear of getting completely lost, and the lynx had taken a different route to try and find an exit and ended up right back where he had left Tyto and the bird. Frustrated, the trio stopped among a cluster of trees, and he swore he had seen this same cluster once already. "Damn this forest! We should've just gone around!" He shouted, though not a moment later, he swore he saw movement in the woods. Freezing, he narrowed his eyes in an effort to see what it was, but the shadow had disappeared almost as soon as he had seen it. A rustle of leaves here. The crack of a stick there. "Who's there!" He demanded, hackles bristling as he prepared himself to fight whatever the hell it was!
