Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

Serenity was familiar with all but Lia here but the unknown woman didn't make her uncomfortable. Still a gentle smile as she glanced across everyone and they were pushed into their starting places. She knew Emile struggled with anxiety and maybe doubts, but she was confident in him doing his best for the hunt.

Serenity moved forward alongside Sota who she had met before and Fern led them to the scent of the buffalo. She hadn't hunted buffalo in quite some time so once the scent was in her nose it was easy to pick up on. She moved on with a few glances back at Sota to be sure that he was following in quiet step towards the prey. She wasn't quite sure how versed he would be in hunting as a skill, she wouldn't prioritize it as one of her mains either but she had learned while traveling alone in her younger life. When they came up through the end of the valley, Serenity looked over at Sota in silence with a look as if asking him if he believed this would be a good ambush spot. The buffalo would probably be traveling through here soon to wander off into the more lush areas of Auster to graze, Fossil Ridge was certainly no place for fresh grass even when it wasn't the dry season. She'd look back to Fern who was behind with the others so long as Sota agreed as well.
