Personality forged in a dark abyss, he doesn't necessarily reflect such ill-mannered temperament. though, this is not solid, nor is water to be held to it. soren is fundamentally unbiased in most decisions he makes. presented as aloof, this is not necessarily the cover of the book, for he also relays particular traits of adoration. keen and bent on serving a greater purpose --his loyalty is not necessarily present. perhaps, if it were, he would be a more figured out child, but instead he turns to where the power is. there's something dark and lusting in him, and though he hinders the capability for fear of becoming something he doesn't want the world to see him as (his father) he can't help but turn to whoever is the strongest. attention given is attention earned with this one, and the allied power that holds the most muscle, is who he'll turn to immediately. While the weak need protecting soren has decided it is not his calling to protect them. He does not, nor will he ever, have the need to turn to those that need him. Maybe he wasn't exactly 'abandoned' but there is no ignoring the fact there's something missing from the child's life. Perhaps more than a single thing, but regardless of the accusations, the truth is thorough and ugly and he's only just beginning to become something more interesting than ever before.
