Corbie stayed at the deer's heels as much as she could without getting kicked, driving it back along its path so closely that it couldn't even consider that it was going right back into the jaws of the wolf who it was originally escaping from. As the buck came to a sudden jarring stop, Corbie took the opportunity to snap her jaws at the leg next to her, parting the hamstring so it couldn't get away again if it took off, then danced aside so it couldn't kick out at her.

She needn't have worried, it seemed, because she had chased it straight into the jaws of - who would have guessed - Ignis again, and both he and his wolverine companion were clamped onto the buck as it thrashed out its death throes. "I saw you lost something and thought I'd return it for you," she laughed, backing away to let them finish out the deer. "You're welcome.
