Big Kitty!

Fern decided to travel up north in the hopes of finding a nice place to drag Rudyard to. The couple are planning to be married soon and the gray girl wants to take the motley boy someplace he has not been before. A crumbled wall appears in the distance and she trots happily toward it, her sword buckled across back as she travels. She didn’t plan to be gone from the Hallows too long, so she didn’t pack much to take with her. However, Lark’s Song had been the one item she had to take and the gray girl is glad she has it.

A sound, low and rumbling greets her ears and blue eyes snap to the side as a huge lion slowly stalks toward her. The spring thaw is in full swing and, with it, hungry predators have gone in search of food. Turning to face the huge feline, Fern growls in warning, planting her paws and standing her ground as the cat flicks its tail. Her sword remains in the scabbard and she will not take it out until she has a clean shot at killing it.
