He watched quietly as Corbie moved into an ambush position as well. This was certainly easier for him to get up close and personal to his prey during the winters when his coat made him stick out like a sore thumb, but he had learned to adapt his hunting techniques to his surroundings quite well. He seldom used traps, preferring to do the dirty work himself with the help of his companions.

It didn't take long before he heard a commotion up ahead. The snarling of his wolverine companion and the loud squawking of the palm cockatoo. He pressed himself against the frozen earth, legs ready to spring as his ears pricked forward to catch every sound as it came closer. The uneven pounding of the bucks hooves drew closer, and soon the cockatoo flew right between where Corbie and Ignis waited. One...two... He sprung then with practiced ease, jaws agape as he snatched the buck's hind left leg midair. The buck squealed in surprise and pain as it dropped with a hard thud to the ground. With a bad leg and a couple of wolves on it, its fate was already sealed.

Ignis has a pair of Sika Deer antlers that are not depicted in his artwork (yet).
Ignis is unpredictable and may become violent with little or no provocation due to his "demon" schizophrenia inherited in his bloodline! Consider this your warning!
*Ignis' tail is docked, and his left ear has been torn away and now resembles a Battle crop style.
